PAINTED GIRLS (Davisson-J 2014)

PAINTED GIRLS brings my favorite color into a late season bloomer with its 8 1/2" clear hot pink cascade/crispate blooms that have a darker rose band and a chartreuse throat. Scapes are tall and stately at 41" with 5-way branching, 25 buds. It's from a cross of WINDHAM APHRODITE'S NIGHTY x NEON FLAMINGO and has hard dormant foliage that goes completely underground for the winter!!! Not recommended for hot climates. It's easily fertile both ways and one of the last to bloom in my garden. Gorgeous, perfect blooms every time! Tetraploid.
